CONSTRUCTION
It starts from the ground up: Heel and forefoot NIKE Zoom Air units protect the body from
impact whilst providing a springy, responsive ride. The Phylite mid – sole is super light, so
there’s less load to carry on the trail. For even greater speed, the rearfoot is fully
decoupled, helping to smooth out the touch down for higher pace runs. Deep sipes across
the forefoot allow a full range of motion across metatarsal joints.
Air Zoom Skylon is not only made to be fast, it’s built to last.
Durable carbon rubber is used in places where fast constant pace can
create wear. An Archbridge shank through the mid foot reduces rear foot motion.

FIT-SOLE SOCK LINeR
The heel is frmly held in place by an internal Fit - frame heel counter for extra rigidity and a Fit – sole
sock liner which moulds to the shape of the foot with every stride.

OUT-SOLE DESIGN
A Stabilfex decoupled rearfoot design has also been added to reduce pronation cause by tread wear. And the upper is a 3-D
sandwich mesh, super-lightweight and super-breathable. Strategically placed overlays hold
your foot frmly in place while not restricting the foot or adding weight.
The Air Zoom Skylon is designed for speed. It can be used as a racing fat or as a full time,
lightweight training shoe.

WOMEN
For the woman who trains at a fast pace, we created the NIKE Women’s Air Zoom Skylon+ 2.
Suited to runners who are looking for a lightweight and highly responsive shoe, the Air
Zoom Skylon fts a woman’s foot like a second skin. This is due to the new tempo last each
Air Zoom Skylon shoe is built on, which makes the female foot snug and secure, whilst still
allowing enough room to wiggle your toes. The rearfoot on this shoe is fully decoupled,
smoothing out the touchdown, while deep fex grooves on the forefoot outsole allow a full
range of motion across the metatarsal joints. We’ve even kept the weight off by using a
Phylite mid – sole and using carbon rubber only in high-wear areas. With this comfort, the
foot is still held securely in place, thanks to an internal Fit - frame heel counter which reduces
heel movement, and a Fit - sole sock liner which moulds to the shape of a woman’s foot as she
runs. So a woman can go as fast as she likes, without leaving comfort behind.
